The sales team was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel valued and heard. Once I signed the contract, I found that the customer service and tech team were quite busy, but they always made sure to get back to me, even if it took a bit longer than expected. I initially signed up for a year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel within the first 3 days. The team was understanding and cooperative, and we're currently working out the details of the payment process. If you're considering this CRM, I'd recommend you to clearly state your project and business requirements, and ensure your service is up and running.       Freshsales is my go-to tool for tracking client interactions. It effectively handles all stages of these interactions, saving me time and reminding me of pending tasks to convert a customer. I estimate that without Freshsales, my contracts would drop by about 50%. Unlike other similar software, Freshsales is visually pleasing and intuitive to use. All information is well displayed and easy to comprehend. My only gripes with Freshsales are the slow response times from customer support and the lack of integration with Gmail for incoming mail. If it had Gmail integration, I would shift all my communication to Freshsales. I opted for Freshsales because it integrates with all other FreshWorks tools we use. We transitioned to Freshsales because it's part of Freshdesk, a software we know and trust.

      Firstly, I appreciate that the Growth tier of Freshsales Suite is now free for up to three users, making it hard to justify paying for other less featured CRM platforms. However, the more I use it, the more I feel that Freshsales lacks refinement and feels unfinished. It boasts a lot of features on paper, but these are difficult to access and require extensive setup and frequent workarounds. Particularly with synchronization tools, the behavior is unpredictable and sometimes problematic. While I found the second-tier support to be generally good, initial responses often show a lack of effort to understand my issue. The chatbot, in my opinion, is useless. This is my second time trying Freshsales. Despite its attractive pricing and feature set, I keep encountering usability issues.

      I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Freshsales Suite. When I called, either no one picked up or I was connected to representatives who were difficult to understand due to their poor English speaking skills. They were also rude and unresponsive. My emails went unanswered and my tickets were constantly closed without any resolution. Even when I used the customer service portal to chat, the representative seemed clueless and just created another unanswered ticket. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the software itself is well-designed and easy to use. However, getting any kind of support, including billing, is a nightmare.
