Pipedrive has been a fantastic addition to our sales and CRM efforts. It offers a system that lets us easily track everything with each prospect and customer, generate appealing reports from our CRM data, and save a considerable amount of work hours due to automated workflows. I think it's crucial for any growing sales operation. The best feature is the automated emails, which are sent within 10 minutes of an action, freeing up a lot of time for more outreach and prospecting. However, the setup was quite difficult, particularly the property and workflow setups which took longer than anticipated. We primarily chose Pipedrive because of its pricing, which was more affordable compared to other options, yet still very capable.

I am highly pleased with Pipedrive. The support is outstanding and the software is user-friendly. It's perfect for B2B sales and the pipeline management is flawless. However, I find it bothersome that I can't duplicate a pipeline, which would be beneficial for managing multiple pipelines.
