I think it's crucial for any growing sales operation. The best feature is the automated emails, which are sent within 10 minutes of an action, freeing up a lot of time for more outreach and prospecting. However, the setup was quite difficult, particularly the property and workflow setups which took longer than anticipated. We primarily chose Pipedrive because of its pricing, which was more affordable compared to other options, yet still very capable.
