      I was taken aback by the low average rating for Clickup on here. As a slightly neurodivergent geek, I felt compelled to dig deeper. I noticed that all the accounts leaving 1* negative reviews only leave such reviews, which led me to believe that these might be paid fake reviews. Unfortunately, this platform doesn't verify if you've actually used a product before allowing you to review it. I usually trust reviews from people who have left a range of varied reviews. I tend to lean towards 3/5* reviews as they usually provide a more balanced perspective. I wish I could provide one of those, but after comparing about 45 project management suites over 14 years, Clickup is my top choice. I've introduced it to several charities and SMEs, and I believe it would scale well in larger companies too. In the past, there were things that frustrated me about Clickup. It used to be a bit buggy and slow, and some features like time tracking were lacking, especially on the app. However, they are excellent at listening to customers and quickly addressing top priorities. I'm amazed at how they've managed to pack so much functionality and customization into such a fast, beautiful user experience, along with a mature product.
