      My experience with the Freshworks sales team was absolutely fantastic during our initial conversations. They were engaging and responsive, making the process of signing a contract a breeze. The customer service and tech team were a bit more hands-off, which gave me the opportunity to navigate the software independently and learn its ins and outs. I initially signed up for a one-year deal, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to withdraw within the first 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised when they reached out to me two months later to discuss payments. It showed me that they were committed to their customers and willing to work out any issues. If you're considering this CRM, I would definitely recommend it based on its global advertising. Just make sure to clearly state your right to withdraw, ensure your project and business requirements are fully met, and that your service is up and running. From my experience, Freshworks gives you the freedom to handle things on your own, which can be a great opportunity for growth and learning.

      I'm having issues with Freshworks as I can't upload images directly into the email body. Sometimes, emails sent through the CRM end up in spam. I also see other team members' deals on my dashboard, even though I don't have the rights to. However, it does help me plan and strategize my deals roadmap.       I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Freshworks. When I called, either no one picked up or I was connected to representatives who were difficult to understand due to their poor English speaking skills. They were also quite rude and unresponsive. Even when I tried to reach out via email, my queries were left unanswered and my tickets were closed without any resolution. The customer service portal was no better, with the representative lacking understanding and promising to create yet another unanswered ticket. The only saving grace is that the software itself is well-designed and user-friendly, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. However, I would advise against expecting any form of support, including billing support.

      Feels Incomplete

      Firstly, I appreciate that the Growth tier is now free for up to three users, making it hard to justify paying for other less featured CRM platforms if you fit within the 3 user limit. However, the more I explore Freshsales, the more it feels unfinished and lacking in polish. It promises a lot of features on paper, but these are difficult to access and require extensive set-up and frequent workarounds. Particularly with synchronization tools, the behavior is unpredictable and sometimes problematic. While I found the second-tier support generally good, initial responses often show a lack of effort to understand my issue. Also, the chatbot is useless. This is my second time trying Freshsales. Despite its attractive pricing and feature set, I keep encountering usability issues.
