I used to use a spreadsheet for my to-do list, but monday.com improves this experience and offers more features without causing clutter. However, the cheaper versions have limitations, forcing me to delete old tasks to save money. I chose monday.com because it best met my needs for project tracking. It's impossible to use a template in an email automation, forcing me to type each one by hand. I've given up due to its difficulty of use.
