      I believe that EngageBay is quite impressive, with most issues being addressed by the engineering team for the upcoming quarter release. It provides numerous features at a very affordable price, making it ideal for any small to medium scale business. It's user-friendly and allows for the creation and implementation of anything I choose. However, I feel that some adjustments are needed in the automations, such as the inclusion of multiple values in choice nodes, the ability to create multiple scoring fields, and the capability to export statistics of automation or campaign performance. Currently, there's no drop-down option to verify if a lead has completed a form, only a trigger is available. Designing a landing page can be somewhat challenging, particularly when images don't fit in a single section. I then have to resize the image externally and import it again, as there's no built-in feature to resize images.

      Utterly Disastrous Experience with EngageBay!

      I set up a "Sequence" of 3 emails to be sent before my Webinar using Engagebay. However, on the day of the Webinar, I found out that none of the emails had been sent and all my contacts had hard bounced. I was unable to send any email broadcasts to these contacts, leaving me with unusable leads for my Webinar. The support team suggested that I purchase credits to "verify the contacts", which frustrated me as they wanted me to pay for their service to work after wasting my time and making all my contacts useless. They insisted that the problem was not on their end and that all my contacts had invalid email addresses. However, when I used a similar service, I was able to send the emails easily and only 4 contacts bounced. Engagebay has significantly set me back. I initially liked what it offered for the free plan, but it doesn't work at all and the support team asks.
