      Overall, after overcoming the initial setup, I've found that Hubspot Service Hub has significantly streamlined our support processes and I would definitely recommend it. I appreciate how easy it is to manage tickets. They come in through our website and our support team is instantly notified. The tickets are then assigned to a team member and displayed on a clear workflow, ensuring no request is overlooked. It's also easy to involve other team members for internal communication. The analytics are impressive, tracking monthly tickets closed, tickets closed by team members, average time to close tickets, and so on. However, the setup can be quite challenging. We had to hire a third-party team to guide us through the process. Given the potential of what Hubspot offers, there is some complexity involved. We chose Hubspot Service Hub because it seemed more powerful and reliable. We still use monday.com for task tracking, but for service-related tickets, Hubspot is simply much more robust.

I reached out to their sales team to discuss this, and they were very understanding and empathetic. They acknowledged that this was a common occurrence and assured me they would submit a refund request for me. On 1/4/24, I received an email from their contract team. They informed me that while they would cancel my account, I would still be responsible for the remainder of the one-year term, which amounted to $3. While this was initially a surprise, I appreciated their transparency and commitment to their terms of service.       I feel that HubSpot Service Hub has some excellent features, but when compared to other CRM services, it's somewhat limited and can be challenging to navigate. It's simple to access all customer information and maintain all records, notes, and emails under one email address. However, the ticket system isn't designed for high volume and it's difficult to see if another team member is working on the same ticket. If a customer replies to a closed ticket, it doesn't reopen, causing us to miss emails unless we double-check our notifications. The reporting is also limited. I switched to HubSpot Service Hub because I wanted to consolidate everything onto one system.

Although I do wish there was a second-level ticket-based staff support in addition to the community-based support, I understand that this feature is reserved for the paid plans.
