I've been searching for a software like this for a while and even the free version has allowed me to manage my social media channels effectively. What I appreciate about the Zoho Social team is that they offer a 15-day trial period where you can enjoy the full version and schedule posts that will appear on your social media channels even after the trial period. I've also had interactions with their customer service, who were very friendly and understanding. They were quick to resolve an issue I had with my email address.

Great App BUT Terrible Customer Service
The app is good, but the customer support is terrible. Whenever I try to chat with support, I often get a message saying they missed me and will get back to me shortly. However, shortly usually means days. Once I report an error, they disappear until I send reminders. Some of my friends have subscribed to Quickbooks, which might be more customer-friendly. Zoho, you will lose clients if you don't provide any support!

It's Outstanding.
I think Zoho ONE Ecosystem is brilliant. I've been using it for over 3 years now, despite having limited programming experience and little software development knowledge beyond some experiments with Javascript and Visual Basic. I've built several business apps on Zoho Creator, integrated with Zoho Workdrive, and also used Flow, Zoho Mail, and Zoho Zeptomail. Although they are a fast-paced company and sometimes things don't work or changes occur, Zoho is always there to assist and provide support. I highly recommend Zoho to any company interested in working with Low Code systems. Currently, I manage three small companies with a total of about 2 users. My account manager checks in every couple of months and is always available via email to help sort things out.
