Omnisend - A Must-Have! Exceptional Experience!
Omnisend has been amazing! Despite my friends trying to persuade me to switch to their providers, I'm hesitant to leave Omnisend due to its user-friendly interface and outstanding customer service. The initial transition of my emails was seamless and I value the copy feature that lets me effortlessly update content for new email campaigns. The customer service is always supportive and easily accessible via chat. The only problem I faced was typing in the content box, but this has been fixed. I moved to Omnisend because my former provider had awful customer service. They messed up my grand opening sale and showed no remorse. They didn't inform me about a spam prevention audit process, which led to me being unable to send out an email about my store opening. This incident still bothers me after 2 and a half years.

The platform is intuitive and user-friendly. Omnisend is always seeking feedback and making changes to enhance the platform, which I greatly value! There are some reporting opportunities that could boost efficiency in evaluating metrics. Small features within the platform could be improved for a better user experience, such as editing a campaign or sending a test email once it's been scheduled, scheduling automations in advance, and customizability of the new email builder. I chose Omnisend for its ease of use, pricing, and platform navigation. I switched to Omnisend because Personica was not able to integrate with it.

However, the software can sometimes make you feel like you're doing something wrong, and if you need significant tech support, they can take a day to respond, which can be stressful. I decided to switch to Omnisend after hearing the owner on Andre Warner's podcast and it seemed like the right fit. I moved away from Mailchimp because it wasn't compatible.

I appreciate Omnisend. It's not perfect, but it aids in completing our tasks efficiently and provides room for growth. I'm pleased with the support provided. We have 2 million contacts in our database and no other tool is as cost-effective for emailing them efficiently. Omnisend also offers excellent e-commerce features, like SMS and user-friendly form builders. Our account manager has been very supportive. However, it's more suitable for B2C rather than B2B. Creating lists is difficult and managing our database is nearly impossible. We switched to Omnisend mainly because of its cost-effectiveness.

I've only used Omnisend briefly, but I found it to be a comprehensive software. I didn't use it more because my team was already comfortable with MailChimp and we didn't have time to switch tools.
