I use a free version of Brevo to provide weekly information to a rambling club I manage. I didn't expect much support considering I'm not their target audience or a source of income. However, to my surprise, I received a friendly response within a few hours when I asked for help. They even offered to assist further if their solution didn't work and invited me to reach out again if I had any other issues. Overall, I would rate them 1/1 on all aspects.

I'm not impressed with Sendinblue. The template builder is awful and it would be better if it functioned like Word or Power Point. It takes me hours to build a template and when I encounter a problem, I have to wait two days for a response from support. It's terrible and I would switch to an alternative if I could find one. Initially, it did what I wanted, but it turned out to be extremely difficult to use and the support is poor. I chose Brevo because of its price and the ability to easily import my contact list. I switched to Brevo for the same reasons.

I've done extensive research to find an all-in-one marketing platform, and when it comes to pricing and the features offered in the free version, Sendinblue is unbeatable. However, I'm disappointed that the push notifications are only for web and not for Android or iOS. I'll need to find an alternative for this, as it doesn't support my use case of sending push notifications on web, Android, and iOS and tracking them based on a user ID instead of a device. If they could resolve this issue, I'd be extremely satisfied with them!
