Awful Experience with Numerous Business Logic Errors in Wrike
While Wrike offers decent features, many of them are plagued with bugs and don't function as intended. I used the professional version which was satisfactory, but the Enterprise version is riddled with errors and problems. To make matters worse, customer support is only available during limited hours. After sending an email, it takes several days of back and forth before a call is scheduled. Despite paying for the software, we've had to delay going live due to numerous issues and inconsistencies. Basic issues like user role access setup on the tool don't work. Anyone assigned a task can make any changes they want, reassign tasks, delete tasks, cancel tasks, etc. It's incredibly frustrating.

It's user-friendly and adaptable to our team's needs, making it a pleasure to use. Wrike is a strong and flexible project management tool, but its complexity can be a learning hurdle for some team members. However, extensive training and support resources can greatly enhance our use of Wrike. We switched to Wrike because it has aided us in managing projects and workflows across different teams and departments. The most beneficial feature for us has been the ability to collect all the necessary data to complete a complex project from the beginning and share that data across departments.

Wrike - A Solid Microsoft Planner Alternative, But Lacks Teams' Communication Features
Wrike is great for task and project management, but it falls short in communication features. We ended up using Teams for communication and collaboration in addition to Wrike. If Wrike could add screen sharing, messaging, and video conferencing, even just in its paid versions, it would be a more complete solution for us. The user interface and user experience are excellent, with attractive font and graphics. Once you get over the learning curve, planning and adding tasks is easy. However, I was disappointed that the Gantt chart feature was only available with a subscription. I subscribed specifically for the Gantt chart, which I found very helpful. We chose Wrike over Microsoft Project because, although the latter is powerful, it was too complex and required too much setup for our small team. Wrike was more user-friendly and better suited our needs. The main reason we switched to Wrike was for the Gantt chart, which allowed us to easily visualize our projects and tasks. Microsoft Project also has Gantt charts.

Wrike is an incredibly comprehensive software that is packed with more features than we could ever imagine needing! It's like having a Swiss Army knife for project management. We found that we didn't need as many licenses as we initially thought, and Wrike was super accommodating, providing us with a revised quote that fit our needs perfectly. There was a minor hiccup where my credit card was charged for the previous year's package, but it was a great opportunity to experience their customer service firsthand. While there was some confusion about crediting the documented expenses, it was a learning experience for both sides. In the end, we were out 57USD, but the silver lining is that we learned a lot about our own budgeting and financial management. Wrike may have lost out on 15USD in revenue, but they gained a wealth of experience and feedback that I'm sure will help them improve their services. I'm confident that they'll continue to grow and refine their product, and I'm excited to see where they go from here!

I have experience with other software that I found more suitable for an advertising agency. Wrike's communication feature works well and it's easy to add or remove users. However, it doesn't allow us to compare time entry and effort/budget in the same report. We would also like to add estimates, a feature available in other project management software. When we changed our plans, we lost the billable/non-billable function, contrary to what we were told. I switched to Wrike because it's what my current company uses, despite having used other software in previous workplaces.

Outstanding Project Management with Wrike
Wrike has significantly improved our project management process. Our efficiency has improved and we now have better visibility of our pending tasks. We absolutely adore this product. For us, Wrike is nearly the "perfect" project management software. Of course, there are always a few things that don't work exactly as you'd like with any product, but such instances with Wrike are rare. We have a few minor complaints about design decisions and some basic features we think should be included, but these are not major issues and can be easily worked around. After reviewing all the major project management tools, we chose Wrike as it was simply the best for our needs. None of the other products came close to meeting our needs the way Wrike did. We switched to Wrike from Basecamp, which is a great product, but it just wasn't powerful enough for our needs.

The product is quite impressive and they are committed to ensuring you get value for your money, even when you encounter some hitches. We decided to cancel, but they were so considerate to not automatically renew the product. It's worth noting that the entry-level products are on a different platform - they have a unique way of upgrading you and they are so careful with your data, even when you decide to make changes. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
