Creating checklists and tracking them in real time is incredibly easy with Process Street. I've instructed my team to mark off tasks as they complete them, which eliminates my need to manually double-check their work. We've streamlined our onboarding, renewal, and other administrative procedures, and improved our internal communications using this tool. In a short time, we've managed to systematize our entire business operation. While there's room for improvement, the tool's current capabilities meet my needs, especially considering how frequently I use them. I switched to Process Street because it helped me create procedures to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. It's flexible enough not to feel burdensome, yet still offers significant capabilities that I find useful.

Great for Basic Checklists, Falls Short on Complex Tasks
I appreciate the comprehensive range of fields and the drag and drop system for creating checklists in Process Street. I also enjoy its integration with Zapier. However, I find it slow to implement changes to functionality. For example, updating a checklist template disrupts the conditionality of all active checklists, a problem that has taken over three months to resolve. The conditionality is restricted to tasks and doesn't include 'and/or' statements, only 'if' statements. Viewing conditionality as a list of statements becomes difficult when there are more than 15 statements. Analyzing data from a collection of checklists is also challenging as there's no easy way to filter for specific tasks. The 'merge' functionality, which allows for piping previous answers to other sections of the checklists, is delicate. If I alter the field name/question, it disrupts the piping. I believe using field ID's instead of field names could prevent such issues.

I particularly appreciate the ability to modify a process's blueprint while it's still active. Process Street centralizes all relevant information, giving me a bird's-eye view of all my organization's processes in one place. It's a system that everyone in the company can use with minimal instruction. However, despite regular updates and new features, Process Street still heavily depends on external applications and connections for specific tasks, which slightly reduces my enjoyment of the process work. I switched to Process Street because it allows me to spend less time on each operation without compromising quality, which is crucial for successfully completing repetitive tasks. Each stage can include all the relevant data and files. Thanks to Process Street, all of my outgoing tasks are well managed.

If Only All Software Companies Operated Like Process Street!
As a veterinary company with remote users across multiple cities, we're not the typical tech or online company that uses SaaS systems. In our industry, SaaS software usage is uncommon and most aren't technically savvy. Therefore, our computer systems need to be simple and easy to learn and use. Despite this, we're a rapidly growing company, much like many tech companies. We operate our entire company on cloud-based systems, and Process Street is our favorite piece of technology. It's an excellent product for creating an online employee manual, corporate processes and procedures, and managing regular activities. The service and support from Process Street are outstanding - they're responsive, helpful, and constantly looking to enhance their product. They've not only listened to my complaints but also implemented promised solutions. Process Street has revolutionized the way we do business, and I attribute a significant part of our success to it. It's very intuitive, has a magical interface, and looks great on a smartphone or iPad.

Would've Happily Paid for Process Street Myself!
I am extremely satisfied with Process Street. The chat box in the standard plan allows me to ask any questions I have. Previously, I had to keep multiple tabs open to edit my website, access various Google docs, and manage my database. I also had to keep several documents open and use my finder to send out repetitive emails. Now, I've created a massive workflow in Process Street that lets me access my website through a quick link, edit Google docs and sheets by embedding them in the process, and save my form emails for my coworkers and me to use. These emails are sent from my Outlook, not through Process Street, making it look like I've taken the time to write each one. This process is incredible, and my coworkers think I'm a hero for discovering it. They've quickly adopted it as well. My boss approved it, but I would have paid for it myself if necessary. I've tried other programs like Monday.com and Slack, but they seemed more suited for.

By the end of 2023, I intend to solely use Process Street for daily processes and project/task tracking. I value its conditional logic feature and use it in all forms. However, I wish it allowed for images to be inserted with text, instead of requiring a separate field. It's a great tool for small to mid-sized companies like ours that are willing to invest time in learning and mastering it. One of the things we appreciate about Process Street is their product policy. They actively refine their product based on customer feedback, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. They've created a software that businesses can become dependent on, which is a testament to its effectiveness and efficiency. Their pricing structure did change, with the removal of the free plan and an increase in the pro plan from $3 to $415 per month. However, this is a reflection of the value they provide. They offered us the chance to stay on the old plan if we didn't pause, which shows their flexibility and understanding towards their customers. We made the decision to continue with Process Street, despite the price increase. This was an easy decision to make considering the hundreds of hours we had already invested into developing our processes with the software. We believe trust is the foundation of all business relationships, and we feel that Process Street has shown their reliability and partnership. The software's capabilities are impressive, and we highly recommend trusting them and their product.

I began using Process.st a month ago when two clients wanted to integrate it with their CRM to create a fully automated scalable system for their small businesses. I found it very intuitive to use and signed up immediately. The customer onboarding and support have been excellent. We've been using it daily and have been quickly increasing our dependence on this platform for team management. It has a Zapier connection, which allows it to be connected with many other platforms, enabling true automation of small to enterprise level business systems.

It enables us to establish a business with a consistent customer experience and maintains all the details in an organized manner. It's as user-friendly as a process software can be and it integrates with all the software we use through Zapier. We can create dynamic and scalable processes with it. No other software in this price range can compete. However, it needs to develop a copy and paste feature for parts of a process. At present, you can duplicate the entire process but not a single task or a part of a task. I opted for Process Street as it's the best for businesses with numerous recurring processes. Our capacity to automate around Process Street is remarkable. I transitioned from Todoist to Process Street because, while Todoist is excellent for one-time tasks, it couldn't manage large, detailed, recurring processes.
