Poorest Customer Support in UK for Smartsheet.
I think Smartsheet is a fantastic product, with my only issue being that it doesn't handle time as a data type. However, my main problem is with the UK customer service, which I find to be truly atrocious and the worst I've ever encountered. After spending over 5k on the enterprise license, the team completely disappeared post-purchase. I would advise using either the free or basic business plan and not engaging with UK sales or service.

I used to be a big fan of SmartSheet, having used it for years. However, recently they've fallen behind their competitors in terms of user interface and have started pushing extremely overpriced add-on software that's practically worthless. Their launch packages have become sales pitches for $2,5-$1, add-ons for the software that I usually pay $1, per year for. I spent $5,44 on an upgrade and launch package, but they never completed the project and have ignored my calls and emails. Months later, I asked for a refund. They initially responded positively, but then stopped responding and I never received the refund. I will no longer recommend their software to clients and friends.

It's clear that they value their customers and are committed to providing a high-quality service. Proactive and Busy: My Experience with Smartsheet's Sales Team
I've had quite an interesting experience with the Smartsheet sales team. They're incredibly proactive, even going as far as including a docusign contract in an email during my annual renewal. The language used was quite sophisticated, giving me the impression that we had previously discussed this contract. This is their unique way of introducing customers to new plan upgrades that could potentially be beneficial, even though it costs a bit more. I've had the opportunity to spend 4 hours trying to connect with the sales manager, Derek Krause. He seems to be a busy man, as he hasn't been able to respond to my emails yet. I even scheduled a call for 4 pm today, but he must have been tied up with other important matters as he couldn't call. When I called again, I was informed he was in a meeting. I tried to speak with his superior, but it seems they're all quite busy. This company is full of surprises and keeps you on your toes. It's clear they're committed to their work and have a lot on their plate. I'm looking forward to finally connecting with them and discussing my plan further.
