What I appreciate about Honeybook is that it provides me with multiple tools within one software. I don't need a separate scheduling tool, a CRM, an invoicing tool, or a form builder for my website. Honeybook handles all these tasks, making it incredibly simple to keep everything in one place. There are some aspects that aren't very intuitive, so I often have to use the help resources or contact customer support for assistance. However, the support team is very approachable and simplifies things greatly. I switched to Honeybook because I needed more from the software I was using.       I found the Honeybook app visually appealing and promising, but its cumbersome user interface left me feeling frustrated. Despite using it for almost a year, something just didn't seem to connect. We eventually switched from Honeybook to a program better suited to our industry. I liked the clean look and feel of the app, and the ability to add images and customize the appearance of contracts, flyers, brochures, and more. Adding a custom form field to our website was easy. The automation feature seemed good, but we didn't really use it. A major frustration was that in contracts, you can only add line items at the bottom of the invoice. This meant that if we wanted to add a line to the top of a long invoice, we had to add it at the bottom and drag it all the way up, which was extremely tedious and time-consuming. It made me question whether we were wasting more time trying to use this cumbersome app than just doing things.
