I value its user-friendly interface and the free plan, which is ideal for smaller projects. I appreciate that the project is continuously evolving, and I'm fond of the business hours settings and custom translations of the widget. However, I'm not pleased that the message history of the free plan only lasts 30 days, after which I can't access any messages. I believe it would be more beneficial to limit the number of users rather than the message history. I've also encountered some problems with the chat widget not loading and the mobile apps crashing.

      In my view, Crisp needs to simplify its integrations with other tools to attract more customers. For example, ActiveCampaign, an effective but costly CRM for email marketing, doesn't directly integrate with WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. With Crisp, I can utilize email marketing, webchat, and chatbots on various platforms like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Telegram & WhatsApp, which makes communication easier. However, the CRM they promote isn't a CRM, but a limited contact list with integration problems with Zapier, Integrately, etc. If I want to make changes or integrations, I have to use code, and they don't offer any help, stating it's "very easy". They also don't have a list of partners/developers for hire. I switched to Crisp due to delivery issues with Acumbamail.

      The delivery experience with Crisp starts off poorly due to issues with Google Maps providing incorrect pins. Despite enjoying the food, the overall customer experience is terrible, making me prefer doing my own groceries rather than dealing with their delivery personnel. I've ordered twice and both times, the deliveries were late and unpleasant. I plan to delete my account as soon as possible. It's a shame, they really need to hire better delivery staff.

It's an excellent product with an impressive range of features, even in the free tier. It has a superb mobile app and integrates with my preferred tools. It also provides advanced features like liveview, which lets me see my customers navigating my site in real time. My only suggestion would be to allow customization of the user message without needing to upgrade to the paid tier. Apart from that, the product is flawless. The vendor responded to my feedback in March 2020, expressing their appreciation.

      I'm a big fan of Crisp. After evaluating over 20 live chat options, I chose Crisp. I suggest starting with it and if more features or marketing capabilities like Intercom are needed, you can upgrade later. Switching from Crisp to Intercom is as easy as changing a code snippet. Crisp has an excellent interface and the installation is straightforward - all you need to do is add a code snippet to your site's header. It offers a freemium tier that meets most needs and provides many design options for the live chat box. It also has a 'live view' feature that lets you see exactly what your users are doing, which is great for helping them with any problems. The Crisp team has always been helpful whenever I had questions. I have nothing negative to say about this product. It's a more affordable alternative to big names like Intercom, and you can easily launch it on your site.

      As a Canadian Australian, I've struggled to find high-quality produce and products in the Netherlands until I discovered Crisp. It's the best grocery store and app in the country, offering a wide variety of unique and healthy options that I find really satisfying. The quality of their fruits and vegetables is higher than market standard and reasonably priced. I'm particularly impressed with their meat and fish suppliers, especially Schmidts zeevis. I used to buy from them in bulk due to their distance from my home, but now that Crisp carries their products, I couldn't be happier.
