The features that have been most beneficial to us include real-time integration with Gmail, allowing us to send and receive all our emails through the app. This not only makes things more convenient, but also keeps all correspondence logged in an easy-to-reference manner. Another great feature is the ability to record calls. All calls and voicemails are automatically listed alongside notes and emails, which is incredibly useful for longer sales cycles. We can revisit what the customer said on a call even months later, which is far superior to just having notes, especially in case of any disagreements. The support from Close.io has been fantastic.
