It provides an all-in-one platform where I can handle leads, projects, customer support, internal communications, and even website building. Despite its extensive services, Bitrix24 is surprisingly affordable compared to other platforms, which initially made me doubtful. It offers a fixed monthly price for unlimited customers, a rarity among small and medium-sized businesses. The interface is user-friendly, resembling social media networks. Upon registering with Bitrix24 CRM, I immediately saw an activity stream, similar to Facebook's interface, where I can upload files, events, processes, and more to share with my team. However, completing a project without clear instructions and being specific about the required stages can be time-consuming. The Professional package allows for unlimited users, making Bitrix24 CRM capable of managing rapidly growing businesses. However, it's not popular among entrepreneurs. Therefore, I believe Bitrix24 is the best.

I appreciate using Bitrix24 for its collaborative features and it's well-integrated within our organization. It provides a variety of customizable functionalities. However, the user experience is somewhat clunky and the interaction between the web and desktop app isn't seamless. I should be able to operate fully in one or the other. I transitioned to Bitrix24 as it was already in use at my new job. However, I would likely prefer using Asana over Bitrix24.

Far Superior and More Efficient than Microsoft Teams
So far, I have nothing but praise for Bitrix24. The software is incredibly lightweight, smooth, and doesn't crash. It also uses very little memory. I used to use Teams, but switching to Bitrix24 was the best decision I've made. Now, I can manage all of my team's pending activities with just a few clicks. Unlike Teams, which is heavy and uses too much memory, Bitrix24 is light, doesn't crash, and is bug-free. I have no complaints about Bitrix24, it suits me perfectly. I switched to Bitrix24 because Teams was too expensive and too heavy.

Utilizing Bitrix24 Since 216
As a small game development studio, we've been using Bitrix24 for project management, employee management, document management, and other automated workflows. We don't use the CRM feature as it seems complicated and unnecessary for our needs. After evaluating other options like Microsoft's suite, Salesforce, and Zoho, we found Bitrix24 to be the most cost-effective and user-friendly. It was easy to set up and I was able to get it running within an hour. However, we've experienced some issues with Bitrix24. The documentation is poor, making it difficult to use the automation tools. Sometimes, the platform is slow, possibly due to the lack of a local server in India. While no single feature set is excellent, they are all decent and their integration is what makes Bitrix24 great. We've found the web building tool very useful for creating pitches and our webpage. The support used to be more responsive in 216 than it is in 223, but we've managed to work with it. The user interface is easy to use given the number of integrated tools. Despite being a small company, we can afford their highest tier. I would recommend Bitrix24 to others, but it does require effort

Absolute Deception: Bitrix24's False Promises
If I could rate this software lower, I would. Bitrix24 falsely claims to integrate with Quickbooks Online, but it simply doesn't. The software is essentially a shell, requiring me to create every document and infrastructure for it to function. Its main feature, CRM, is a complete failure. Deals or opportunities don't progress to the "next stage" without manual intervention. The phone integration is pointless, cluttering up leads with calls that lack information. The support is shockingly poor, even in the paid version. Responses take days and are typically pre-written replies directing me to find the answer myself in a heap of terrible help files. After squandering $1000 on access to the software and countless hours and thousands of dollars trying to make it work for basic operations, I realized there are superior alternatives out there, like Salesforce. However, they refused to refund any part of my remaining subscription. This software is an absolute scam. Don't waste your money. It's extremely hard to deploy and train.
