I was frustrated and contacted them via email and live chat, only to be told I had to pay monthly to access the responses. I was extremely disappointed and would not have used them had I known this.

Although they couldn't immediately reverse the charge, they were open to my suggestion of contacting the new account admin for an updated payment method. The customer service representative was so eager to help, she even offered to assist me in maximizing the benefits of my account. Although I no longer had access to it, I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile. As for the product itself, it's quite decent. It offers a different experience compared to Google forms, which I also use. It's always great to have options and SurveyMonkey provides just that.
