Delivering Extended Service to Our Customers with JotForm
As a user, I provide my customers with a lengthy questionnaire created on Jotform. However, they frequently encounter difficulties. The save and come back feature on mobile is hidden and not easily found. There is no server-side caching, so if a user fills out half a form and leaves the tab open, they return to find their completed answers unsaved. I often receive feedback that users' answers were erased after attempting to upload photos, and I receive numerous emails about deleted answers without any explanation. We switched to Jotform from Typeform due to its superior flexibility and design features. However, if your form takes more than a few minutes to complete, Typeform might be a better option.

I find Jotform incredibly user-friendly! The forms are highly customizable and can be set up in less than 20 minutes. I use Jotform for signatures too, which is handy for our membership application. I would strongly recommend this form to anyone in need of quick, easy, and highly customizable forms. In my view, this is the best form creator I've ever used. I switched to Jotform because my previous software no longer met my needs. I needed something superior. I value the vendor's response and their offer to assist through their Support Contact Form.

Effortless Data Collection from Field Staff with Jotform
I am extremely satisfied with Jotform for managing our department's forms. It enables us to gather data from our field personnel even when they don't have access to a desktop. The data is validated, securely stored, and automatically charted with our Power BI integration. This has solved a significant problem on our data side and provided an additional level of insight into our efforts. I especially appreciate the wide range of templates available. There are hundreds of templates for most common form types, so we've never had to design a form from scratch. We simply select a template, add a few custom questions or fields, and it's done. The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of live support. I chose Jotform because it seemed more advanced with better form fields and a superior mobile interface compared to others. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for my feedback and informing me that they do have chat support available on the main Jotform page, unless there is high traffic.

Customizable, Sleek Forms with Subpar Website
I find Jotform highly customizable with numerous options suitable for most businesses. My clients seem to have an easy time using the forms I create. However, I initially found the user interface a bit tricky when trying to locate certain features. Despite this, I would recommend Jotform. However, I am currently experiencing issues as I am locked out of my account and unable to access my forms, which also affects my clients. Even after updating my password, the problem persists. I am also unable to post a question on the customer support page.

Give JotForm a Shot
I really enjoy using Jotform due to its ease of setup and use, flexibility, tracking, and the ability to export data to an Excel file. I appreciate its conditional logic feature that guides the survey-taker. However, I rate it four stars because of a few suggestions for improvement. I recommend a Test Mode to prevent using up the monthly submission limit during testing. The preview function doesn't fully cover testing. Also, the monthly submission limits are unclear. I'm unsure if it's a rolling 3 days or a static month. I had 7 submissions left two weeks ago, and now I have 11 left, but my settings say submissions renew on a static date. If these issues are addressed, I would gladly give it a five-star rating.
