As an inbound marketing expert, I was blown away when I started using Outgrow about 10 months ago. It's the best lead generation system I've come across and has enabled me to create impressive calls to action that generate leads. It has literally produced hundreds of leads for my clients, making it my go-to lead generation tool. The software is user-friendly and assists in creating an interactive lead form that is not only appealing but also effective. It's like magic - the leads just keep coming in! My clients are thrilled with their marketing results, all thanks to Outgrow. The customer support at Outgrow is also top-notch, they genuinely care about helping you succeed. Outgrow is a powerful software with many features. However, I wish I could send more data other than contact information through Zapier to programs like Google Analytics and Pipedrive, and send custom email notifications on the Essential Plan. I also wish there was a way to remove the Outgrow branding without having to upgrade to the Business Plan. Despite these wishes.

Effortless Survey Creation with Outgrow!
I really like using Outgrow. It's easy to use and very flexible, letting me customize it to fit our brand perfectly. Whenever I run into problems, their customer success team is always ready to help. I especially love their Marketo integration and the ability to launch a survey directly from a Marketo email. The option to add lead generation forms is amazing, and the data mapping feature is even better. We often use their pre-formatted surveys and numerical quizzes, which are great because they don't require any JavaScript knowledge. However, I do wish more features were included in the standard package, as each additional feature costs extra. We switched to Outgrow because we needed a tool that could do mathematical calculations and integrate with Marketo.

Double Charges Incurred
The customer service of Outgrow is terrible. I decided to leave due to insufficient ROI, but they kept emailing me to stay. I discovered they had charged me three times when only one payment was due. When I brought this up, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting the confusion was on my end. Even after providing bank statements as proof, the issue was merely escalated. Their communication is extremely poor.

I bought the unlimited package with the template club from Outgrow, but they began removing promised features and the template club didn't deliver as promised. They assured a new template every month, but instead, they gave a new premade quiz from an old template. The templates aren't very customizable, limiting what I can do. The support team is helpful, but the app is poorly managed by the founders who don't seem to care about their customers. The app has so many limitations that it's not worth the price. Outgrow is a decent tool for creating interactive calculators, quizzes, and tests. It's easy to use and implement, and the insights are really good. However, Outgrow lacks a design editor like other similar tools, so I'm dependent on templates. To access these templates, I have to pay or get premium packages, leaving me stuck with 3-5 basic designs. I'm part of the template club and it's really disappointing. They don't deliver what they promise.
