Missive: A Game-Changing Tool I Can't Give Up
I am extremely impressed with Missive and can't imagine using any other email client. I've never felt so organized or in control of my inbox. The ability to create a flexible, customized structure for my email management has been a game changer. I have multiple inboxes for various purposes and Missive simplifies the entire process. There are countless ways to customize and automate it, and it includes all the features I need in a good email client, such as scheduled sending, snoozing emails, automated rules, templates, and more. I appreciate that I can use the same tool for social media, calls, texts, web chat, etc. The interface is simple, and I can build it out as much as I want. The team collaboration features within Missive are user-friendly, comprehensive, and crucial to my clients' and my workflow. I would like to see more integrations, as the cloud-based phone software I use is not currently supported in Missive.

Thriving and Evolving with Missive
Overall, I find that Missive has significantly improved our workflow and operations. Our team is more connected and communicative than ever before, thanks to the collaborative email features, chatting, assigning, and observer features in Missive. It allows managers to supervise employees ensuring no lead or email is missed, without being overly intrusive. Despite sharing emails, everyone has their own Missive account and tasks they can own. The chat feature has notably improved our team communication compared to when we used different Google hangouts. However, as Missive is still growing, we sometimes encounter technical or feature limitations. I also find it inconvenient that only the account owner can perform certain actions. As an administrator, it's bothersome to have to disturb the company owner every time I need to add a new alias. We chose Missive for its true shared email, chat, and collaboration, without the unnecessary CRM features that most other shared email platforms push. We switched to Missive because having different employees logging into different Gmail accounts was too confusing and inconvenient.

Unbeatable Tool for Team Collaboration
This software has greatly sped up our decision-making process and our response time to external users. It's incredibly easy to share emails, ask for team input, and make collaborative decisions. It's like a secret channel where we can get things done away from the mess of other platforms, apps, tools, etc. There's almost nothing to dislike here. The Missive team is always improving the product, adding features, and is responsive to feedback. We switched to Missive because Spark lost some team features in their transition to a new version. Missive had been on our radar, and when we tried it, we found it to be more feature-rich and better organized than Spark ever was.

Our clients have also been part of these interactions, which has given them a unique insight into our team dynamics. Management has come up with a brilliant idea for us to comment in Missive every time an email comes in. This way, everyone knows who's handling what, which has significantly improved our task allocation and accountability. Yes, it does add a bit to our workload, but the benefits of improved coordination and transparency far outweigh the extra effort. Since we've started using Missive, the company has been going through some financial adjustments. But this is a common phase when implementing new systems. We're confident that once we fully adapt to this new way of working, we'll see a significant boost in our productivity and efficiency. After all, we've moved from a simpler email program to a more sophisticated one that offers a plethora of features to streamline our workflow. I'm excited to see how Missive will continue to transform our work environment!

Missive is the Ultimate Champion
Missive is the best software I've ever used. I previously used Outlook and Microsoft 365 for work emails and Gmail for personal ones. However, since I started using Missive last year, I'm amazed at how I managed before. Missive is excellent for team collaboration, tool integration, shared inboxes, and organizing emails from various sources. It's more capable than not, and it's the most valuable tool we use.

Missive Takes the Lead!
I absolutely adore Missive. The team is exceptional with their onboarding and support. It's impressive how such a small team can achieve so much at a high level - it's truly inspiring. We compared Missive with Front and found that Missive had the most comprehensive integration with Gmail and a superb API that enabled us to create a custom integration with our internal tools. We needed a shared collaborative inbox tool for our team as Intercom wasn't fulfilling our needs. Missive also works well with PipeDrive, which was reassuring. However, there is some confusion about how to manage closing and archiving with team emails. We also don't use Tasks as we have other tools generating tasks, which can be confusing. We chose Missive over Front because Front didn't integrate well enough with Gmail and was much pricier. We switched to Missive from Intercom because Intercom's collaborative Inbox lost a lot of formatting and attachments when bouncing emails around and didn't handle emails and other incoming messages gracefully.
