New Version Falls Short of Expectations
I was initially pleased with the old version of MailerLite, as it provided straightforward email marketing and automation at a competitive price compared to MailChimp. I was looking forward to the new version, which promised an improved user interface. However, I was let down when they introduced a new pricing structure that was nearly twice as much as the old one, with no new features available at launch. They seemed to disregard feedback from their community, hiking up prices and eliminating live support unless you pay triple the amount. The only new feature was 'Facebook Audiences', which I didn't try due to the cost. The most significant disappointment was the absence of migration tools at launch, leaving their existing customers in the lurch. When they finally released the tools, they only transferred subscribers and groups, not automations, pop-ups, embeds or past campaigns and reports. The new platform also had problems with account creation and migration from MailChimp. It felt hurried and unprofessional, and demonstrated a lack of concern for their old customers.

Where's the Sidebar?
I had trouble accessing the billing section of my account on MailerLite, which was located on the sidebar. I reached out to their support team and received immediate responses with various suggestions. Despite trying them all, none seemed to work. The support technician then suggested I slightly reduce my font size. Due to my poor eyesight, I usually keep the font size large for readability. However, slightly reducing the font size resolved the issue. I am grateful to the MailerLite Support Team for their prompt and helpful responses.

I am extremely pleased with the new Mailerlite and want to express my gratitude to the product development and support teams for their excellent service. I am sticking with Mailerlite and recommending it to my colleagues for three key reasons: its advanced features, ease of use, and exceptional customer support, all at a fair price for a solopreneur. However, when the new Mailerlite was introduced, the migration feature from the old version took months to become available. This meant I had to manually handle much of the migration, which was time-consuming. During this time, I had to maintain two subscriptions. I feel the launch could have been better managed. But this is the only negative experience I've had, and it's now in the past. Despite this, I remain a satisfied Mailerlite user. I believe they provide good value, so I can overlook this minor setback. I chose Mailerlite.
