When I needed a search feature they didn't have, they taught me an efficient workaround. The more I use LACRM, the more I find myself depending on it. It's now a tool I use daily. The transition required learning a new way to work, but it was worth it. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I would appreciate an overall search function that could delve into documents and notes, and the ability to respond to an archived email without.

      I find Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) to be very effective for my current needs. After reading various reviews and blogs, I'm glad I chose it. It helps me manage my To-Do-Lists, whether they're work or personal tasks, and allows me to schedule reminders, calls, meetings, and more. I also appreciate the calendar feature for booking future events and appointments. Having important contacts within the CRM has improved the quality of my engagements and relationships over time by providing more structure to communications and the ability to note important information. I find the ability to write notes during or after conversations very useful. Progressing Leads/Sales is also straightforward. While there are many other features, these are the ones I benefit from the most. I've used more specialized CRMs before, but they couldn't be replaced by LACRM, so it may not suit everyone's needs. However, I think LACRM is a versatile alternative for more generalized use and I would recommend trying it. The staff seems very helpful and their customer service appears to be a strong point. While it doesn't have all the features of some other CRMs I've used, it is less annoying in many ways and I would possibly rate it

      I strongly endorse Less Annoying CRM. After testing numerous alternatives, this software was exactly what we required. Unlike other CRMs that can be bothersome, this one isn't. They provide highly responsive, helpful, and friendly customer service. The software permits unlimited customization of the database to suit our needs. We've also utilized this flexibility for our project management requirements. However, it doesn't support bulk updating of contacts, so we occasionally need to merge duplicated contacts. After attempting to subscribe to MS Dynamics, which is over 1 times the price, for over two months, I was able to set up with LACRM in less than 5 minutes.
