      I receive the same level of service from a competing Email Service Provider (ESP) for a quarter of the cost. Our emails always reach the inbox and we have a dedicated account manager. We've saved money by switching from another ESP. However, resolving account issues is difficult when our account manager is not available. It's also challenging to create real-time segments. For example, I can't create a segment that automatically updates based on whether someone hasn't opened any emails in the past 180 days. If someone who hasn't opened an email in 180 days decides to open an old email, they should automatically be removed from that list. Similarly, if someone who wasn't on the list yesterday hits 180 days without opening an email today, they should be added to that segment. Other ESPs have this capability.

I also wish I could delete more than one contact list at once. Additionally, I would like to see the full title of my contact list in the "upload contact" box, as it sometimes gets cut off if it's too long. The vendor has acknowledged these concerns and is working on improving the product. They allow up to 5 concurrent uploads, but they must be started one at a time. They also confirmed that they cannot upload multiple sheets from one excel file, but they have noted this.
