  I am managing a COVID-19 responsive loan program for small businesses and nonprofits that were overlooked by other funding programs. It was vital to quickly inform interested organizations.   Campaigner: A Mediocre Choice for Email Marketing

  I used Campaigner for one of my e-commerce clients. At first, it was good but I eventually switched to Listrak because it provided better support and features. I had used Campaigner for Email Marketing campaigns before. While it's easy to use and set up, it has limited features. One of its best features is the workflow for sending automated emails. It also allows for easy creation of segments for more targeted emails. However, the customer service wasn't great and I sometimes had login issues. It also didn't function well in all browsers. The price is relatively high compared to other similar tools. The vendor responded to my feedback, thanked me for it, and assured me that many of the issues I raised have been addressed. They also expressed their willingness to have me back if I ever wish to use Campaigner again.
