      I find Pipefy to be the best Business Process Management Tool among those my company has evaluated, including Quixy, Qntrl, and Kissflow. It's clear that the team behind Pipefy understands workflows and the challenges they present. The software is well thought out and provides features that easily address complex cases. It allows engagement with people outside of your organization at any point in your workflow, which is unique among the tools we've seen. The open APIs are comprehensive and integration is easy using products like Make (formerly Integromat). It's genuinely low-code, requiring no technical skills to build and manage a sophisticated workflow.However, the support is terrible. It's via a chat bot that takes a long time to respond and the support team often disappears for extended periods. Implementing 'Business Logic' is not intuitive and requires a specific approach to work properly. If you need to integrate with other systems, the number of transactions included in the price plans are inadequate, potentially leading to high costs. The user interface could also use a refresh.Despite these issues, the product is good enough for me to stick with it, though I do have complaints about their support offering and API transaction pricing.

Even after I decided to cancel my subscription, they were so committed to providing me with their service that they continued to charge me. My credit card company even got involved and reversed the charges, but Pipefy's commitment to their service was unwavering.
