Beware of Their Promises
I have no trust in Marketing-360. They appeared to have no understanding of ads and completely disappointed me with their sales pitch. They pledged to enhance my website, but none of their promises were kept. They even deactivated and removed plugins from my site. Prior to signing up, their sales team was constantly pressuring me with daily calls and aggressive sales tactics. They made numerous promises, but failed to deliver on any. There was nothing positive about this company. Their ads were late, poorly promoted, and the graphic design was of low quality and lacked creativity. They even missed the launch of our first ad campaign on Black Friday because they were snowboarding. I signed up with them because they promised to assist with my website, including video integration, stats, and an email pop-up. However, after I paid them, they failed to deliver. Before signing their contract, I ran my own Google ads for 3 weeks and attracted 30,000 visitors to my website on average.

Communication was top-notch right from the start, and even after they received my first payment, they maintained a decent level of interaction. I decided to stick with them for about six months, hoping to see some significant improvements. I even communicated my desire for enhanced interaction, and they did their best to meet my expectations. They made an effort to understand my business and kept me in the loop about their actions. I noticed a few typos and content that didn't exactly align with our services, but I appreciated their effort to create content for us. They were sometimes behind schedule, but they always managed to catch up and deliver. They provided me with a $375/month software, which was an interesting tool to explore. My account manager was a bit slow in responding, usually taking about 5-7 days after I sent 2-3 emails. But I understood that they were probably dealing with multiple clients. I invested a significant amount with them and while I didn't see an immediate return on the marketing end, I appreciated the materials they produced. They were basic, but they served their purpose. It was clear they were doing their best to deliver results.
