I am using Yext to manage all our local listings and am aiming to make it our primary system. Our websites and apps now use Yext's APIs to access location data, eliminating the need to update changes in multiple places. This has greatly helped in maintaining accurate listings. The software is user-friendly and I can easily add, update, and delete data for all our local listings. The reporting and analytics features are also impressive. However, some of the additional packages seem expensive considering what we are already paying. The basic listings and analytics packages are worth the cost, but the additional packages can seem pricey. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback on the pricing and am pleased to hear that they enjoy working with us and look forward to becoming our official system of record.

The user interface is user-friendly, the customer support is excellent, and the results are impressive. Directory Listings may not be a top priority for marketers, but it's crucial for customer engagement. Yext has provided me with the tools to manage this aspect easily. I've recently added their review response package to our agreement, and I wish there was a way to bulk approve suggestions made by Google. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me for the positive feedback, and reminded me that I can always reach out to my CSM or Support if I need help.

I strongly recommend Yext and have repeatedly done so to my clients. It's a 'set it and forget it' type of tool. I simply input my listing, confirm it through authentication factors, and within days, I can see the direct impact. It enhances organic results, SEO, Adwords quality, and more. The second best thing about Yext is its user-friendliness. Once my listing is in Yext, they work on addressing over 100 listing entities online, building search equity for my site on Google and other platforms to ensure my listing is real, accurate, and reliable. I do wish there was a feature for advertisers to list multiple entities under one account login with separate payment methods. This could potentially increase the number of subscriptions to Yext. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased to hear that they find their products easy to use and that they're seeing great results.

They have four listed, and I was pleasantly surprised when one of them directed me to their online help center. It was a new experience for me, and I found it quite innovative. They required some account information which I didn't have at hand, but I saw this as a great security measure to protect my account. I initially wanted to change my payment method, but this process made me realize how secure my account was. So, I decided to keep my credit card linked for future charges.
