Superb Platform. Exceptional Support!
I used Bronto until 222, but due to their EOS, I was forced to find another solution. I have never looked back since switching to DotDigital. I am much happier with their platform, which is extensive, intuitive, reliable, and constantly being updated and improved in customer-friendly ways. The support is outstanding, especially from my Account Manager Alyssa Brown. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and resourceful, always offering tips on how to work smarter, not harder. I am very thankful for her continued support.
