I had specific needs for users to have an online calendar for scheduling call back support. I made this clear to the Creatio-CRM staff before our call and proceeded because they believed they could provide a solution. During the call, they listened to my needs again and then gave a standard pitch. They promised to look into their ability to deliver and even offered to create a mock-up for me. However, that was the last I heard from them. Despite my attempts to reach out again, I received no response, not even a simple acknowledgment that they couldn't meet my needs. I was left with the impression that they would say anything just to get me on a call for their pitch. As a result, I decided to go with Salesforce with Timetrade as a plugin.
