Their live chat support has been outstanding for us. It's the only CRM we've found that integrates with social media messaging, which many of our customers prefer. We used to use Facebook Messenger directly through our business page, but now we can manage these interactions within our CRM and transition them into texts and phone calls. The software is intuitive and has a great user interface. While there are many automotive-specific CRM tools available, they all seem outdated compared to amoCRM. However, the integration with Facebook is treated as a "bot" on their end, even though we have real people responding to customers through amoCRM. This means stricter rules are applied to our conversations from Facebook, and we've had the link shut down.

I believe more self-customization services would enhance the software's functionality.
