      Setting up my account with Preferred Patron Loyalty was a breeze. I first spoke with customer care who established my account, and within a day or two, an agent reached out to me to get the Loyalty Rewards program started. This agent was crucial in customizing a program that suited my needs as the owner of a Collectibles Card Shop/Tournament store. I can't stress enough how helpful he was and continues to be. The customer service representative is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Implementing the Loyalty Rewards system in my store has greatly enhanced its overall credibility. It demonstrates how much I appreciate my customers and the value they bring to my store. I'm thrilled that I chose to use Preferred Patron for my Loyalty Rewards Program. I really have no complaints about the software. The only issues I've encountered are when Windows updates itself, necessitating them to access the tablet to rectify any problems caused by automatic updates.

      Opted for Preferred Patron for its SMS Text Messaging Feature 4 Years Ago

      I have signed up about 90% of my customers to the Preferred Patron Loyalty program, which has helped me build a relationship with them. They enjoy a 5% cash back on all their purchases, and I benefit from a roughly 20% increase in sales on the days I send out Flash Sales via SMS text blasts. I find it easy to create these SMS marketing campaigns and the customer service is excellent. However, I ran into an issue when I ran out of credits to send an SMS blast on Thanksgiving. I also find the email blast templates confusing and not user-friendly, so I've stopped using the email marketing campaign feature and now send all my emails through Tant Contact. But, the vendor has told me they've introduced a new email messaging module similar to Tant Contact, which I'm excited to try out.

However, I wish I could edit and send marketing emails from my iPad, as I seldom use my laptop now. The ability to schedule multiple marketing emails at once would also be helpful. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that they are actively improving their iPad compatible tools and that the ability to schedule multiple marketing emails already exists. They promised to reach out to me to demonstrate how to use this feature. They thanked me for my feedback in September 2020.
