It's a bit like a fun challenge to make the most out of each view!Yes, the form app does stop working when the number of page views exceeds the 'submissions' allowed in your plan. But, this has actually motivated me to monitor my page views more closely and upgrade my plan when necessary. It's a great way to ensure I'm always on top of my game and getting the most out of the POWr form app. So, while the changes took some getting used to, I'm excited to see how they'll help me grow and improve my online presence. Overcoming Challenges and Enhancing Ecommerce with POWR: A User's Experience
I've been using POWR for the form on my ecommerce website since its launch in June 223. Initially, we noticed a high checkout abandonment rate, which led us to reach out to POWR. They were quick to assure us that there were no issues, which was quite comforting. However, we did encounter a minor hiccup when a customer pointed out that having an '&' sign in the main product/service on the form was causing a 'Bad Math' error code. This was a unique learning experience for us, and we were able to identify that this issue had affected about 1 customers since June, equating to a loss of £4. Despite this, I must commend POWR for their extensive knowledge base. I was able to find a solution to the 'Bad Math' error code by simply removing the '&' sign, thanks to an informative article on their website. While I did encounter some issues with the form and checkout, and had to send multiple emails to POWR, I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a digital communication channel. They don't provide a contact number, which I believe is a modern approach to customer service, focusing on email communication. Although my email about the 'Bad Math' error code went unanswered, I was able to find a solution independently, which was quite empowering. I would recommend POWR for their comprehensive software and extensive online resources. It's been a journey of learning and growth with them!
