Don't Just Clean Your Email List - Floss It with Mailfloss!
I find the software, mailfloss, almost perfect for its purpose, particularly considering its cost. I utilize it to clean and review my clients' email lists to ensure they are safe to send - for both myself and the client. It swiftly verifies and flosses lists to eliminate spam emails, invalid errors, and more, depending on the list size. The customer service is incredibly responsive and it's very affordable. I use the pay-as-you-go version with credits. However, it doesn't detect malformatted emails in the credits-only version and it can't integrate with our systems as we don't use one of the major ESPs. More features are available in the monthly plans.

Revolutionary Tool for Pristine Email Marketing Data
I absolutely adore MailFloss for providing me with clean email data every day. It has significantly boosted the reputation of my email sending CRM. I've seen no blacklists, record low email bounce rates, and extremely high email deliverability, opens, clicks, and Earnings Per Click. I've tried other email verification services, but none have matched up to MailFloss. It delivers accurate results and is incredibly easy to set up and maintain. Unless I need to manually import a new list of prospects into my CRM from a third party, everything is fully automated and I receive a daily confirmation message. It's completely stress-free. Like any new software, it took me a bit of time to learn how to use it, perhaps 1-2 hours. But the effort was well worth the reward. I chose MailFloss because it was a false economy to go with anyone else. When you find the right product, at the right price, with the right customer service, what else could you ask for.

I am extremely satisfied with Mailfloss. Its functionality, ease of use, and pricing are all top-notch. I particularly appreciate its seamless integration with Infusionsoft, which offers flexible options like unsubscribing and tagging bad contacts, as well as daily cleaning of new contacts. There's no need for a third-party service like Zapier. However, I believe an alert system for significant weekly changes in the number of cleaned contacts would be a useful addition. I shared this feedback with the vendor, who responded positively and gratefully. They also shared that they are diligently working on their Infusionsoft integration and have something special in the pipeline. They appreciated my suggestion about the alerting mechanism and have added it to their feedback and ideas boards.

I appreciated how Mailfloss categorized the issues with my contacts, such as full inboxes, duplicates, fakes, and misspellings. However, I found the post-cleaning reports somewhat confusing and it took some effort to understand the number of contacts cleaned and blacklisted. I think the user interface could be simpler. I also believe it would be beneficial if free trial users could clean more than 500 contacts, perhaps up to 1,000. I chose Mailfloss because I needed a one-time cleaning rather than a monthly subscription.

The vendor responded to my feedback, apologized for the confusion about the "preview" option, and clarified that it's the first option "Manually decide action on invalid emails". They've added tooltips and more documentation for clarity. They advised me to review the emails before deciding to delete, unsubscribe or ignore them. I appreciated their response and overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I used to manually handle a very tedious and time-consuming process, but with mailfloss, I've been able to save hours of work every week due to its easy setup and minimal troubleshooting. It even performs better than I did on my own. Whenever I have questions or issues, it's easy to get quick help. I appreciate not having to worry about email deliverability and can focus on the emails I'm sending. I found mailfloss easy to deploy and very effective at cleaning our database. It's also very accurate and constantly improving based on feedback. There are occasional glitches and its accuracy isn't perfect, but I believe that's unattainable for email deliverability anyway. I chose mailfloss because it has automatic integration with Infusionsoft, including different levels and options. We also got a great deal on the monthly payments as we signed up when the company was a startup. I switched to mailfloss because the previous user interface and portal were hard to use and not intuitive.
