Basic CRM with Limited Workflow Automation: Consider Other Options!

We use Copper CRM exclusively for our sales team. Our mobile app and website generate leads that go into Copper, where our sales team can qualify and track all communication. Copper solves key problems for us with its integration with Slack and its mobile app, providing real-time updates on new leads. Its integration with G Suite is also beneficial as it tracks all communication with each lead. Technically, Copper's robust API allows us to connect our mobile app attribution platform, Slack, PostgreSQL, and Intercom chatbot. One of Copper's main advantages is its real-time reports. We can break down won and lost revenue among our sales team and account for projected sales revenue based on opportunities in the pipeline and their expected close rate. Copper's automated actions help us move leads through pipelines effectively. We set automated reminders and tasks for opportunities based on their pipeline stage. These reminders and tasks are emailed and sent as push notifications to each lead.

Unrivalled CRM Solution Seamlessly Integrated with Google Workspace

As a small business, we have been using Copper for the past 2-3 years and are extremely satisfied with both the CRM product and the support team. As our business grows, so do our CRM needs, and Copper has consistently met these needs, often through regular updates. It feels like Copper is intuitively developing exactly what we need before we even ask for it. We appreciate their attentiveness to their clients and their efforts to develop their product to suit our needs, which is why we committed to a 5-year agreement with them. We love the full functionality of the Google Workspace plug-in, including Gmail and Calendar, and the ability to pull a list view of Opportunities, Leads, etc., and update individual records without leaving the screen, which saves us a lot of time. However, the import function could use some improvement in managing duplicates and adding/overwriting tags. We chose Copper because it was a robust, affordable solution to our growing CRM needs, without the development cost.

Copper CRM: The Unremarkable Middle Child

I find the Copper software unimpressive and extremely limited, lacking flexibility. I wouldn't have considered using it if not for a client's insistence. The only positives are its low cost and Google integration.

      Excellent Gmail-Integrated CRM Solution

I use Copper as a Gmail plug-in. It might seem odd at first, but it works great, particularly for email-based sales activities. It lets me add contacts, companies, and opportunities, and view all email history with those contacts easily. However, the sidebar is too large for a small laptop screen, so I often disable it. I chose Copper for its Gmail integration, switching to it on a friend's advice. I value the vendor's responsiveness to my feedback, which is vital for the product's ongoing development.

Given Time, I'm Confident My Review Will Hit 5 Stars

So far, I'm enjoying my new subscription to Copper. I appreciate how it automatically picks up details from new contacts in Gmail. The software is user-friendly, visually appealing, and not confusing. I'm hesitant to give it a full 5-star rating as I haven't used it for long. However, compared to the other 4 or 5 CRMs I've tried, Copper appeals to me the most and has the least glitches.

Copper: Streamlining Customer Management for Me

Overall, I find Copper useful in managing my contacts. I value its ability to sync with my Gmail and automatically add a year's worth of communication to my contacts. The Gmail extension is especially helpful for adding new contacts to my CRM and tracking our conversations. It also streamlines the process of tracking leads and opportunities, as well as their stages. I find the Task function useful as it adds to-do items to my calendar and sends me reminders, ensuring I don't forget my daily tasks. However, I find it quite pricey for a single user, with many of its best features only available at a higher pay level. Using it from Gmail on a phone is feasible but not easy, and I wish the app extension worked better. I chose Copper for its automatic syncing to Gmail. I switched from Mailchimp to Copper because Mailchimp was only serving as my email list and didn't function as a proper CRM for tracking leads and projects.

      Absolutely Adore Copper (ProsperWorks)

I absolutely adore ProsperWorks. It has significantly increased my team's productivity and simplified my ability to support them. Their customer success team is outstanding and we've felt supported throughout our entire journey. Despite my team's resistance to new methods, the integration into G Suite has been seamless.

Discovering Copper: A Game-Changer CRM for Small Businesses

I had the opportunity to try out a couple of other small business CRMs, but they didn't quite hit the mark for me. Then, a friend suggested I give Copper a shot and boy, am I glad they did! Copper is incredibly intuitive, which was a game-changer for me as I was not in the mood to navigate a new learning curve. It's so user-friendly and the service is top-notch. I'm absolutely thrilled with it!

I've been utilizing Copper for several months now and it's absolutely blown me away as a CRM! The way it intuitively works and integrates with Google is nothing short of remarkable. I'm in awe of its automation features, templates, pipelines, and the customization options it offers. Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Copper CRM

My experience with Copper's customer service was truly enlightening. They were witty, confident, and overall engaging. As someone who isn't an expert in CRM, I found their approach to understanding our company's needs quite unique. They suggested that our needs could be met with a simple spreadsheet, which was an interesting perspective. They were keen on understanding my needs and what I wanted to do with the CRM, almost like they were giving me a mini tutorial on the subject. If you're a startup and not an expert in CRM, I would highly recommend reaching out to this company. They will challenge your thinking and make you feel smarter.

Great for Small Teams Using Google/Gmail.

I find Copper to be a useful tool for small-to-mid-sized businesses using Google Docs. It has assisted me in managing hundreds of target accounts and contacts/leads. Features I appreciate include email templates that load into Gmail, tracking of email opens, the ability to track multiple pipelines and easily move them around, and the simplicity of adding notes from various interactions with prospects.

Copper: Beyond Traditional CRM and Project Management

I use Copper to manage our existing customers and track commercial projects, essentially using Opportunities as commercial projects. I wish there was a feature to segment People/Companies as different types with different visible fields. I often group fields and have to toggle open/close based on the type of person being entered. The integration with our current Google Suite of apps was seamless and we had a dedicated implementation person who was very helpful. I found the customization options very useful. The pre-made reports weren't useful to me, so I built my own through Google Analytics. However, Copper has been improving their reports and now allows for custom reports, which is a great improvement. The main reason I chose Copper was its integration with Google.

Experiencing Full Control with Copper: A Comprehensive Data Management Software

I've been using the Copper software and I must say, it's quite a unique experience. It's a comprehensive tool that allows me to manually update data points daily, giving me full control over my data. The Gmail plugin is quite interesting, as it allows me to manage multiple email accounts in one browser, which is a feature not many software offer. The software might seem a bit pricey, but considering the level of manual control it offers, it's definitely worth the investment. I particularly enjoy the constant interaction it requires, like updating the pipeline status and searching for notes. It keeps me engaged and ensures I'm always on top of things. The task management feature is also quite distinctive. It's not your typical set-and-forget system, but rather, it keeps you involved in the process. Overall, Copper is a hands-on software that keeps you engaged and in control of your data.

Intuitive, Comprehensive & Adaptable: Copper Software

I think Copper is wonderful! The customer service is amazing and it has significantly boosted our closed business due to effective lead and pipeline management. I value the ability to manage leads, pipelines, and store data, as well as the automation of lead management. However, I find it lacking in its ability to integrate with other software, manage commissions, and automatically distribute leads based on tracked conversion rates. I chose Copper because of its numerous features and intuitive layout, which is scalable as we grow and offers the best value for money. I switched from Contactually because it only helped in nurturing leads and didn't effectively incorporate pipeline, transaction, and data management. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback.

Copper CRM: A Comprehensive Tool for Sales Management

Overall, I consider Copper to be an excellent CRM. It offers all the functionalities and tools I need to manage the sales process. Copper is a robust CRM with numerous features that aid in managing the sales funnel from beginning to end. I can sort, filter, and run lists, export these lists, and manage the tracking of interactions. It also enables me to schedule follow-ups and keep track of emails. However, there are a few key features on Copper that are not intuitive or user-friendly. They are not necessarily difficult, but they could be better marked and highlighted for ease of use. I also wish it had better tracking to manage a sales team. I chose Copper over Hubspot because Hubspot was too expensive to upgrade for the features I needed. Copper is much more reasonably priced and meets all my requirements.
