I find CallPage extremely easy to set up and it's crucial for our business as it enhances our reachability. However, the leads generated through CallPage are our least qualified - we only get the phone number without any additional information like interest, industry, company size etc. Despite this, they convert exceptionally well due to the low barrier for the user. We tried to create leads in Salesforce, but it was challenging due to duplicate checks and ultimately, the agent workload remained the same as when creating leads manually. This isn't ideal for tracking within Salesforce. The interface, while functional, can sometimes feel a bit clunky. We chose CallPage because of its competitive pricing and ease of testing and implementation.
