I generally have a positive opinion of the Adriel software, despite a few minor issues like previewing some of the copy and the logic of the chart breakdowns. However, it mostly works well, with only minor inconveniences. The setup is fairly straightforward, only requiring the connection of data sources and setting the desired graph type. The software is quite flexible and responsive, with generous limits and the ability to export reports. However, I think it could improve in areas of automation, such as automatically exporting and sending monthly reports to clients. The dashboard can also be a bit clumsy when trying to redesign it. I chose Adriel mainly for its excellent layout and competitive pricing.

They offer a reasonable price and are suitable for small businesses. The software is user-friendly and they assisted me with the setup. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their commitment to providing a cost-effective and beneficial marketing dashboard for users to gain positive returns from their paid ads. They have designed their dashboard to cater to all types of businesses, from agencies and medium-sized businesses to corporate levels. They responded in March 2021.

Efficient Dashboard for Managing Paid Ads
Before I started using Adriel, I would spend several hours compiling our monthly report. Creating an 'instant situation' report was also difficult as it required navigating through multiple dashboards for each network. Now, I can access this information anytime with just a click of a button. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing me to compare campaigns from various channels and networks on a single dashboard. This is much more efficient than switching between different networks and exporting data into a spreadsheet. Occasionally, the information displayed is not accurate, likely due to API issues with some of the networks. However, the customer support team is extremely helpful and usually resolves these issues within a few hours. The vendor responded in June 2022, expressing their delight that Adriel is helping me and my team save a lot of time in creating our marketing reports and thanking me for my ongoing support.

Adriel combines all your ad costs into one platform, removing the need to check each platform separately. It lets you analyze data and create reports based on your ad expenses and ROIs, and even switch ads on and off. However, I'm not a fan of the absence of a Dark Theme, as I frequently work at night and find the bright colors bothersome. As a writer and publisher, I find the volume of data overwhelming and wish Adriel could simplify things for non-experts. I would appreciate an automated insights tool that could interpret the data for me and provide actionable insights.
