      Genuine Vtiger CRM Review

      In my honest opinion, I haven't found any other CRM that offers as much as vtiger-crm for the price. It's an all-inclusive CRM, covering everything from sales to marketing to support. It has greatly simplified our sales process, allowing us to easily track opportunities and keep all relevant information in one place. It's also been invaluable for our marketing efforts, providing insights into our clients' interests and helping us generate more leads. As an IT company, having a support system integrated with our other departments has made our work much easier. Using a separate system for support was always a hassle, but with vtiger-crm, everything works together seamlessly. I've used other CRMs, and while some are great, vtiger-crm has proven to be a one-stop shop for us.

      CRM Once Empowered by Community, Now Neglected by Manufacturer

      In general, I find the CRM to be quite good, but it's challenging to update and adapt it to modern times without community collaboration. It's incredibly powerful for use, understanding, and customization. It was one of the best open-source CRMs from 2004-2014, handling the income and outcome process of any mid-size organization. The tools provided by the community complemented it and made it strong and powerful. However, the manufacturer seems to have forgotten the community and focused its efforts on the On Demand version, neglecting the community that helped it develop and grow globally. Today, it's positioned as a standard CRM that barely offers valuable features to the market, as it's no longer open source. I chose Vtiger CRM because of its open-source nature, community, functionality, flexibility, and power, which are undoubtedly some of its main features.

      I have been using VTiger for many years and find it simple to manage the data inputted. I appreciate the ability to modify and create new modules to enhance the traceability of information for sales and support departments. VTiger also enables the publication of a customer portal with just a few clicks, offering another access channel for technical support. The smartphone app has been particularly useful when I'm out of the office. The reporting feature is excellent, especially as it allows me to build my own custom metrics to report on.

      I am extremely satisfied with vTiger, even though it's not SalesForce. I feel like I am working with a company that genuinely cares about me and is constantly striving to improve my business. It provides a wealth of resources and is an excellent choice for a small company with a limited budget. The customer support is outstanding, always ready to assist with patience and dedication. They are constantly adding new features and improving the software. However, some features, like the project module, are complex to use and not very user-friendly. The email campaign module is good, but could use some improvements, especially when trying to resend a campaign. I wish it could generate a campaign URL like MailChimp does. As a small company, I would like the CRM to allow us to adopt different identities. For example, I am the CEO, but sometimes I act as a support agent, so I would like the CRM to let me change my name in such cases to give the impression that we are a larger company.

      I use vtiger-crm for all aspects of company organization, from creating quotes for clients to registering our storage equipment. It's incredibly functional and allows us to organize everything. Vtiger is very helpful as it organizes all different areas of the company, such as sales, after-sales support, and logistics. We can store documents in the cloud for easy access and review. In the after-sales support area, I can create an asset with a serial number when a customer buys a medical equipment. I can then create guarantees, preventive maintenance, and even record incidents if something happens to the equipment. I can also assign tasks to engineers and tag them, so they know they have a job to do with an asset. We use vtiger to organize our warehouse and sales areas, and they now have new and improved quote forms. Our boss can see how many items we have in storage, our technical support can organize their customer visits, and our accounting department knows how much we sell and spend. Every employee can check customer information, and our logistics team can check sales orders in real time. The storage area can create assets as soon as a product arrives.

      I love that vtiger-crm allows us to connect all the information from all areas of our company. This user-friendly software enables us to track all steps of the sales process, from the first call to a prospect to the mailing of invoices. It's very useful for our daily needs and makes it easier for our auditors to collect specific data from our administration and sales processes. It's very visual, allowing us to see account names, dates, quotes, files, etc. at a glance. We also use it extensively in our Technical Department for creating service contracts and opening tickets to solve customer requests. The reporting and reminder tools are fantastic for both the sales and support departments. We're increasingly using the marketing features to create lead generation campaigns, tracking how many contacts open an email, click on links, etc. Once familiar with the module configuration area, it's easy to create new connections, modules, fields, etc. We appreciate the high level of customization available. The Vtiger Support Team is always ready to help with any needs, going above and beyond to configure all areas as needed.
