      I began using Autopilot when we chose to actively pursue internet-based leads for our clients. I was struck by the capability to craft a "journey" for potential customers that was not only automated but also as personalized as possible for an email marketing campaign. I found the visual mapping of these journeys to be very intuitive and tangible. However, as a novice, I had difficulty understanding how to create these "journeys" and it took me a considerable amount of time. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier, but it demanded a significant amount of time and focus. I think there are still features of this software that I am unsure how to use and haven't felt confident enough to explore.

      Supercharging Marketing Automation with Ortto

      As a marketer, Autopilot is a dream tool for me. I can create a 'journey' for almost any task, from sending out an email newsletter to creating an advanced nurture journey based on various factors like segmentation, rules, lead owners, default and custom fields, website actions and much more. I can maximize the tool's potential with less effort if I use tools like Salesforce and Segment, but even without them, I still get a huge ROI on the product. They recently improved the email building tool, which was much needed. However, I wish the tool could work with other CRMs besides Salesforce. Some of the actions and triggers, especially API triggers, are quite limited, so improvements in that area would be great. The price can get quite high with large numbers of contacts and the selected business plan (A/B testing, API triggers and more). I would also like to see an end-user subscription management feature added so that I can fully move away from other email.

      Beware the Aesthetics: Basic Functionality with Numerous Issues

      This product is only slightly better than the most basic products available. It has many limitations and has caused me a lot of frustration. The only thing I like about it is its ability to integrate directly with Slack, allowing us to easily include internal alerts in our nurture programmes. However, Autopilot has a poor usability experience that makes tasks take longer, despite the visually appealing UI. I can't copy email module HTMLs, so they always have to be built from scratch. The folder structure is inefficient and I can't edit segment criteria and names. There's no auto-populate or picklist on fields, so I have to remember field values. It lacks automated A/B testing or a global dynamic content feature, which would allow me to edit common content like email footers in one place. The reporting is very basic and inaccurate. It doesn't allow for customization by users or cohorts, limiting performance analysis. There are no built-in journey membership fields and there are issues with data timings, which slows things down.

      I had the unique opportunity to order a wardrobe from Ortto back in November. My partner and I were thrilled to add this new piece to our home. We were initially given a delivery date of December 9, which was then updated to November 18. It was a bit of a surprise when it didn't arrive, but we were patient, knowing that sometimes things can get delayed. In January, we noticed that the payment had been processed from our bank account. We were excited, thinking that our wardrobe was on its way! We've been in constant communication with Ortto's customer service, who have been very responsive. They've been working hard to locate our wardrobe and keep us updated, which we appreciate. It's been almost 3 months since we placed our order and the anticipation is building! We're really looking forward to receiving our wardrobe, especially since we've already paid for it. I've heard some mixed reviews about Ortto, but I believe in giving everyone a fair chance. I'm confident that our wardrobe will be delivered soon and I'm excited to see it in our home. Despite the wait, I would consider ordering from Ortto again because of their responsive customer service and the quality of their products.
