I have a very positive opinion of MailerSend, especially their exceptional support team. My previous mail provider's support was a letdown, so MailerSend was a refreshing change. They respond quickly and their support team is highly skilled and tech-savvy. The main reason I switched to MailerSend was their focus on reliable transaction emails, which was vital for us. Their software has all the features we needed, and their API is well-documented and well-implemented. The only minor issue was that the content of sent template emails is not parsed, so we had to do our own parsing. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. I chose MailerSend for their focus on transaction emails and switched due to the poor customer support and unreliable service from my previous provider.

Superior Service with MailerSend
I consider MailerSend to be excellent value for money. Given our low email volume, we don't have to pay anything. The setup was simple, with a package available for direct integration with Laravel. The service has been seamless, and we only recently encountered our first issue. However, MailerSend's support team was quick to respond, understand the issue, and fix it promptly. This was a refreshing change from my usual experiences with other companies' support teams. I am a very satisfied customer. The integration was easy, particularly with their PHP & Laravel SDK. I chose MailerSend because it's less expensive than SendGrid, and Mailgun had a billing issue that hindered our registration. We switched to MailerSend because SendGrid was pricier and Mailgun's billing system couldn't process our payment details when setting up an account. The vendor responded to my feedback in September 2022, expressing their satisfaction with my positive experience.

When I first started using MailerSend, I was excited to connect it with Google Firebase to import authenticated users. Although the extension didn't work as expected, I was impressed by the alternative solution MailerSend provided - manual import of contacts. I was initially surprised when MailerSend informed me that I needed to upgrade to import users, but I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they didn't hide any costs. After upgrading, I discovered that the subscription didn't cover new contacts. However, MailerSend was upfront about this and offered me the option to purchase credits for $25 to import them. While I did request a refund, MailerSend explained their policy clearly - they don't refund money. I respect their firm stance on their policies and appreciate their honesty. Overall, my experience with MailerSend has been a learning curve and I'm excited to continue exploring its features!

The analytics and reports often provide incorrect timings, and the startup plan only includes three email templates without a duplicate option. Additionally, emails often end up in spam or promotions, and the settings page can be confusing. I chose MailerSend because the templates met our needs and it's very developer-friendly. I switched to MailerSend because other services offered fewer options, emails were going to spam, and I found MailerSend to be a step ahead in addressing these issues.

My initial experience with MailerSend was positive, until they began removing key features that I had spent significant time integrating into my setup, in my case, two years of work. I believe that users should be prioritized and any major changes should not negatively affect those who have been loyal from the beginning. I'm not here to endorse this software, as I'm concerned that any beneficial features they introduce today may be removed in the future, often without any solid reasoning, just influenced by third parties. This makes all features unreliable, as I may be prevented from using them in the future. I find the decision-making process of the people behind the software unfair, as it impacts real-life users who have invested a lot of time into their products. There's a total disconnect with how we use the product and a significant lack of integrity. In response to my concerns, the vendor asked me to continue the discussion via email in May 2022.

I am extremely satisfied with Mailersend and look forward to moving up the pricing tiers as we grow. After being disappointed with Mailchimp, finding Mailersend and Mailerlite has been a blessing. The layout is clear, it integrates with Zapier, and any issues I've had were quickly resolved by their friendly and personal support team. It's perfect for small businesses like ours that want to automate their emailing as much as possible. The pricing plan is also very fair for small businesses. Most importantly, all emails are landing in inboxes. So far, everything is good and I'm excited to explore more. I chose MailerSend because we are not a large company and don't need extremely complex functionality. We don't want to deal with large companies that take days to respond with generic support responses, and we don't want complex pricing models.
