I couldn't live without DocuSign. I initially used their free signer account and recently upgraded to the paid version. I didn't think it could improve, but it did. Fast and Extremely User-Friendly
Docusign is quick and easy to use, especially when you set up your templates. It takes less than 5 minutes to send a contract. The tracking function is very useful to see if the signatories have viewed the document, allowing me to follow up with them. Although recipient notifications often go into the junk folder, I can prevent this by giving them a heads-up. They also offer interesting free webinars about the changing economy and our current work methods. I've been using Docusign for over a year in my business and it's fantastic.

I absolutely love the DocuSign software. A few months ago, we upgraded to the full business package and I've been able to easily set up the account for our global staff. The layout of DocuSign is fantastic and I especially appreciate the feature that allows me to track what I've issued for signature and what has been completed. The automatic reminders are also incredibly helpful for following up with people. I've received positive feedback from several staff members about this software. We're using DocuSign to streamline and improve the efficiency of our external documentation processes with suppliers and clients, and it's working wonderfully. I haven't encountered any issues with DocuSign and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. We switched to DocuSign after persistent error messages on Adobe prompted us to seek an alternative.

People were struggling to sign using Adobe on their mobile phones, but with DocuSign, they can easily sign with their mobile devices, hassle-free.

Docusign's Downfall: A Costly Failure for Business
My experience with Docusign has been awful. Our business has suffered significant financial losses due to their failures, and they still expect us to pay thousands more for a contract they can't deliver on. It's almost comical how great their customer service was initially, and how rapidly and dramatically it deteriorated after we signed the contract. At first, it was a fantastic product with excellent support, but then things took a turn for the worse. We noticed our Job Quote closing rate took a nosedive. After reviewing all the sent quotes, I discovered that many weren't even viewed by the customer, which was odd since most customers were keen to receive the quotes and kick off their projects immediately. When I reached out to those who hadn't viewed the quotes, they told me they never got them. The quotes were ending up in their spam folders, and some were even being automatically deleted. When I brought this up with Docusign, they simply ignored me and kept closing the case. So, we cancelled the card linked to their payment, which finally got their attention.

Overall, I think DocuSign is a great product, but they seem desperate to increase revenues. Last week, they tried to bully me into increasing my annual payment from $6 to $6 without any justification. They wanted me to pay a mandatory 17% support fee, which I found ridiculous considering I've only contacted their support twice in seven years. So, I switched to PandaDoc, which offers the exact same service without the gimmicky and hidden price increases. I believe this was a really bad move on DocuSign's part.

I appreciate DocuSign's globally recognized electronic signature feature. It streamlines the process by letting me mark specific areas for signatures. Once all signatures are done, DocuSign automatically sends a signed copy to everyone involved. Although setting up an account wasn't very user-friendly, everything else was much simpler. I switched to DocuSign to avoid the hassle of emailing documents back and forth. I can just prepare the document in DocuSign and the system automatically sends it for signing and then distributes copies to all parties once finished.

I was pleasantly surprised by their dedication as I received support within a mere 9 minutes over the phone. Their system is refreshingly unconventional. Even after sending three requests to close my account, they were still considerate enough to send reminders to update my payment method since I had cancelled PayPal. The support agent I spoke to was proficient in English and took the time to ensure all my queries were addressed. I would definitely recommend it!

Steer Clear of the Free Trial
I advise against the free trial of Docusign as it's impossible to cancel. I followed the account cancellation steps, but the final 'cancel' button was not visible on my end. I spent an additional 4 minutes trying to close my account and eventually had to email the support team. I gave a second star due to the quick response from customer support in helping me delete my account.

Terrible Customer Service Experience with DocuSign.
I had a terrible experience with Docusign's customer support. I raised a query five days ago and have been given excuses for delays and requests for more information, which I've already provided in the email thread. They claimed they tried to call but couldn't figure out the international dial code. As a small business trying to send contracts, I regret paying up front.

Poor Password Reset System
The password reset mechanism for Docusign is terrible. No matter how many times I try to reset my password, it rarely works promptly. I've tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, but the issue persists. I've had to submit numerous tickets for this problem. Normally, I would consider this a user error, but this situation is particularly frustrating. Even when I write down my password and copy-paste it from Notes, it still doesn't work in a timely manner. Additionally, the plan is not good value for money. I accidentally clicked buy instead of the free trial and was billed immediately. Despite deciding to keep it and try it out, I only get 5 sends a month, and the upgrade for more sends is not worth it considering the problems I've encountered. I wouldn't recommend buying this software.

I find DocuSign easy to use for setting up contracts for signing. It's also simple for others to execute on their desktop or mobile devices, simplifying the contract completion process. The product was easy to implement, with many drag and drop elements for uploading contracts/documents. The drag and drop signature fields make preparing the document for digital signing very easy. I have no dislikes; DocuSign meets all my needs. There's a new "template" feature I need to learn about, which I'm sure is beneficial but will take some time to set up. I chose DocuSign for its excellent customer support and ease of use. It seems to be more compatible with more devices overall. I had used DocuSign before, but switched to Right Signature for a while when working with another team. However, I found DocuSign to be easier to use and more compatible, so I switched back.
