      ActiveDemand provides me with email marketing analytics and helps me understand contact rating in our engagement model. However, as a user, I find it less than ideal for our small company. We connected it to our CRM, but there seem to be some oversights in the implementation process, or perhaps we didn't invest enough to make it work properly. As a result, it messed up a lot of my CRM data, creating duplicates and incorrect mappings that I've had to spend time fixing. It also added a lot of unnecessary data entries to my CRM history, making it difficult for me to find my last meeting notes. We ended up deleting many of these automated entries and turned off the live connection to the CRM, opting for a simple "Post to CRM" from ActiveDemand instead. Additionally, the Chrome extension was slowing down my processor, so I had to turn it off. The vendor responded to my feedback, acknowledging the issues and suggesting that the integration requires more attention.

Despite this, we still prefer it over MailChimp for our newsletters.
