I find Wix fantastic for creating multiple websites due to its user-friendly interface. I often recommend it to those I coach and have built several websites on it, collaborating with experts at Mahalo Media Solutions to improve processes. I frequently receive compliments on my site and appreciate the numerous options for layouts, forms, automations, and members. The customer service is exceptional, which impresses me. However, I wish I could sync with more than one calendar and the Wix mobile app tends to freeze and crash while responding to emails. I would also like to receive regular updates on submission tables via email to avoid downloading csv reports daily. It would be beneficial to see when team members log into the site and the edits they make. I switched to Wix from WordPress because I found it clunky, disliked the back-end interface, and wasn't satisfied with the options or appearance of the website.

I was warned that it might not be the easiest platform to use, but I've found it to be one of the best once it's fully operational. I particularly value its sales and advertising features, as well as its flexibility in design and presentation. Managing inventory is simple, and the sales and cart functions are user-friendly for customers. I feel secure in the handling of credit card transactions. There are numerous excellent advertising opportunities. However, it can be difficult to use, particularly during the design phase. The abundance of features is appreciated, but it can also be challenging to manage everything.

Wix is easy to use and provides plenty of assistance throughout the process. I'm creating a website for my consulting business and initially tried another hosting service. After spending six hours with no progress due to their confusing and rigid website builder, I returned to Wix. Unlike the other service, Wix offered easy access to expert help. I had a question early on and was able to chat with an expert who guided me through the process step-by-step.
