      I appreciate the quick response to any issues I encounter and I find the blog to be top notch. I'm fond of the publishing feature that schedules posts for specific days and times. However, there are many small issues that need fixing, which diminishes the overall value of this feature. The "ideal times to post" feature is great, but some "high peak" times don't yield the results I expect. The LinkedIn post feature is quite limited. I constantly receive error messages that the app can't tag names. I can't tag individuals within the app on LinkedIn, so I have to "assign post" to tag the names I want, or edit the post after it's published. This is a big issue for me. It makes the app more hands-on than I'd like it to be. The same goes for Instagram. I dislike having to assign a post if it's multiple images. I wanted this app to be as hands-off as possible. I understand this might be.

      I had the opportunity to trial Sprout Social for an entire week. Initially, I was following around 586 accounts, but with Sprout's assistance, I was able to double that number to around 11 accounts in just a week. It was an impressive increase! I also gained 6 new followers, which was a nice bonus. While I was hoping to unfollow some accounts, I found that the process wasn't reversible within the platform. However, this turned out to be a great opportunity for me to manually review my following list, which I hadn't done in a while. In addition to Sprout, I also use an app called Combin, which has a handy feature that shows who isn't following back. It's a great time-saver! Sprout had projected a 2% follower return, and while I didn't quite hit that mark, I did see some growth. I was a bit hesitant to try Sprout Social at first, but I'm glad I did. It pushed me to expand my social media presence and gave me a chance to review my follower list. It was a learning experience and I'm excited to see how I can further optimize my social media strategy.
