I greatly value many features of Rippling, such as its advanced technology and user-friendly interface. It provides excellent integrations, simple onboarding, and many benefits that our company utilizes daily. However, I must express some dissatisfaction due to their subpar customer support. Unless you're a large company, you don't receive a dedicated support member and are left to navigate their ticketing system for payroll, benefits, etc. This can be quite frustrating. Additionally, their team appears reluctant to accept responsibility and rectify their errors when serious problems occur. Given the high cost, I would anticipate much better service beyond the technology.

Rippling Rocks Our World!
I think Rippling is excellent! Its reports have saved me a lot of time for end-of-year business projections and my employees quickly understand the onboarding process. I wouldn't go back to the old way. The software is very user-friendly and integrates with our accounting and timeclock/scheduling software. It's cloud-based and has great customer service reviews. I like how HSA's are funded at the start of the month. I chose Rippling because it integrates better with QuickBooks and HomeBase, and it's an easier platform to navigate.

However, Rippling does an excellent job of presenting each plan side by side, allowing me to compare and make an informed decision. I absolutely adore Rippling! Both the product and the team are amazing. It's extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate, boasting a multitude of features and capabilities that greatly outshine any other HRIS on the market. At first, it can be slightly overwhelming to learn all the functions, but that's not necessarily a negative, just a lot to absorb initially. We opted for Rippling because it provided us with the comprehensive package we were seeking, and it allowed us the flexibility of using a PEO and then transitioning to administrative services. We moved to Rippling due to the outdated nature of our previous system, its lack of independence and usability, and the challenges we faced when interacting with the staff.

Tasks that I used to neglect, such as initiating employee onboarding or selecting benefits during open enrollment, are no longer delayed with Rippling. The software offers an easily navigable experience that can be done a page at a time, allowing me to save my progress and return later. Both the employee and admin views are easy to navigate and read. Each screen is well-designed, providing a pleasant and seamless experience without being overwhelming. So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Rippling. I'm very satisfied with it. I switched to Rippling due to a job change, but if it had been up to me, I would have made the switch much earlier.
