I used to dread the payroll process when it was handled by a company. It was a terrible time of the month for me. Now, with Factorial, the process is much simpler and communication with the payroll staff is clear and fluid, resolving any doubts instantly. What I appreciate the most is the platform's ease of use and understanding. Anyone can find what they need or register on the platform. The payroll process is easy to complete and the payroll staff are very attentive. I also appreciate that I can use the platform for more than just payroll, such as recruitment, documentation, and sharing documents with employees. However, I do have some issues with the main product, which I believe is the payroll. I miss some functionalities like making last-minute changes directly in the payroll, which currently requires starting the process over. I also wish I could create different document folders online. I believe this feature is available, but in a different package. I chose Factorial because the platform was easier to use.

Unjustly billed for an entire year without reimbursement.
The platform itself was decent, albeit basic, which prompted us to switch to another one. The real issue began when we cancelled our subscription in October 222, but were still billed for the full year. Despite contacting customer support and receiving numerous excuses for the delay in reimbursement, we have yet to receive a refund after five months and countless follow-up emails. Customer service has stopped responding to us.

The team was so enthusiastic about their product that they followed up with numerous calls and emails, which showed their dedication and commitment. They were eager for me to experience the benefits of their platform, even though I explained that we were not in a financial position to do so at that time. Their persistence was a clear indication of their belief in the product and their desire to help businesses like mine. Six months later, after the salesperson had moved on, I was pleasantly surprised to receive calls again. It's clear that the team is driven to make sales and are committed to maintaining relationships with potential clients in their database. Their platform initially piqued my interest and I'm still considering it for the future when our budget allows. Their tenacity has left a lasting impression on me and I appreciate their dedication to their product and potential clients.

The Factorial software has resolved a major problem for us, ensuring compliance with a Spanish law introduced last year that mandates employees to record their daily work hours. If we were audited, we would not encounter any issues thanks to Factorial. It's also handy for our consultants who travel, allowing them to clock in from anywhere globally. The software is user-friendly, and as an administrator, it's straightforward for me to check if employees are recording their hours and follow up with them if they aren't. If an employee forgets to clock in one day, it's easy to input the hours later. A friend told me that the payslips and time off features work well, but we have our own internal system, so I don't use these personally. Whenever I've had a problem, the customer service team responds promptly. I can't think of anything I dislike about it. We chose Factorial primarily because it was free to try.

I personally wouldn't recommend Factorial, even though it may have improved since I last used it. I wouldn't want to pay for it, despite its affordability. It's suitable for a small team. I used the free version before they began charging. It was developed in Spain, so some parts were poorly translated into English. It struggled with managing shifts and different patterns and was quite basic. In the end, I didn't choose Factorial, I switched to Youmanage.

The online meeting was a great opportunity to have a detailed discussion about our needs and how to best utilize the software. We've been eagerly waiting for a month for a resolution after the meeting, and I appreciate their thoroughness in ensuring they provide the best solution for us. We've been in constant communication with them, and their responsiveness has been commendable. Overall, the customer experience has been unique and engaging, and we're considering extending our subscription to continue exploring this innovative service.

It's extremely user-friendly, whether you're in the HR department or an employee managing your own needs. Requesting a day off is simple and quick, with my manager receiving an alert to approve or deny it. I can keep track of all employees' schedules, holidays, and precise work hours. Additionally, all employee information is readily available. However, I think there should be a more efficient way to monitor attendance, possibly by integrating with a work tool to prevent forgetting to log worker attendance. In my situation, I had to set a daily alarm to remember to do so.
