I had a great experience with the Keeper Password Manager. The pricing is reasonable at $3 a month. The user interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was surprised by the number of features it offers, including many quality of life improvements that are easy to set up.

Superior Strategy Marred by UI Shortcomings
In my view, Keeper Password Manager adheres to best practices in securing customer data, much like its top competitors. Its user interface is satisfactory and functions well across all devices. However, it falls short in terms of configurability and a well-designed user interface. It doesn't provide detailed and comprehensible permission settings, and there's no option to set a password policy for the password generator per entry. Certain tasks in the user interface are not intuitive, require too many clicks, or are poorly executed. It's evident that thorough user interface testing was not carried out. We transitioned to Keeper Security due to company policy, even though we would have preferred to stick with 1Password, which outperforms in several areas.

I find the Keeper Password Manager relatively intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate its accessibility across various platforms, sometimes without needing to enter a password, thanks to thumbprint and facial recognition features. However, I have a negative experience as I used my email address as my username and now I can't change it, even though I have another preferred email. I wish to disconnect all ties with the old email.

Totally ADORE Keeper!
I absolutely adore Keeper! I've used other password management apps before, but found them difficult to handle. Keeper, on the other hand, is user-friendly and I've never received any emails about it being compromised, unlike with other apps. Without a doubt, Keeper is the best app out there!

Excellent Value, Superior Product
I use Keeper Password Manager to manage and secure numerous credentials for our IT infrastructure. It's been very helpful, especially in sharing these credentials easily. However, it only works with web applications and I wish it could also work with desktop applications. I chose Keeper Security because it offers the best cost/benefit solution for password management.

Chrome Password and Autofill Outperformed by Keeper
My team and I found Keeper Password Manager to be less beneficial than expected. Despite its secure appearance and easy login, it seldom auto-filled forms and sometimes didn't provide password login. We did, however, appreciate the feature to name passwords for easier identification. We initially chose Keeper Security for its 2FA option, but we're now transitioning to Microsoft's password management for single login.

I'm impressed by its password generation capability, which I believe is more secure than other programs I've used. However, it doesn't have face recognition for my iPhone and occasionally, the Chrome Extension doesn't work properly. I have been using the Keeper Security app on my iPhone 6 and MacBook Pro for almost four years. Before discovering this app, I struggled to keep track of all my login IDs and passwords. I knew I needed a range of complex passwords for all the electronic platforms I was using. The Keeper Security app proved to be very user-friendly and I quickly outgrew the free version, leading me to purchase the full application. It has surpassed my expectations! It's easy to use, back up, and sync with my laptop. I highly recommend it not only for individuals but also for small businesses. In 2015, my home was burglarized and my spouse and I lost everything. We were living outside the USA at the time, which complicated things. Luckily, I still had one computer and was able to access my Keeper Security backup. Thanks to Keeper, I was able to provide all my account numbers, license, and passport details to the police.

I'm really enjoying using Keeper Password Manager on my mobile phone! It's so secure that it automatically logs out after 3 minutes, ensuring my passwords are always safe. I love the fact that it requires me to re-enter my master password each time, it's a great reassurance that my information is well-protected. The syncing feature is also quite interesting, it gives me a chance to double-check my updates whenever I change a password. I'm considering sticking with Keeper Password Manager over Chrome's auto-fill feature. The latter may be easier and more intuitive, but I find Keeper's security measures more appealing. I've never experienced the same level of security with Chrome as I have with Keeper. I'm amazed at how Keeper outperforms Chrome's auto-fill in terms of security. It's truly a top-notch password manager!
