      My account manager has been extremely supportive during the upgrade process to GoldVision 8 CRM, providing plenty of training and help. The system is simple and user-friendly, allowing us to streamline some of our internal processes and create easily viewable dashboard charts of key data. We use GoldVision 8 CRM for all aspects of our customer management and sales processes, including website lead qualification, quote generation, and opportunity progression, as well as support ticketing. The system is intuitive, offers excellent functionality right out of the box, and allows for easy customization to align with our internal processes. However, a few of our business-specific processes cannot be set up in the system, although most areas can be easily reconfigured or customized further. We chose Gold-Vision CRM for its ease of customization and simplicity of quoting. The vendor responded to my review, expressing gratitude for my positive feedback about Gold-Vision and the team.

      Narrow-minded and Technically Limited in Email Campaign Approach

      I've observed that gold-vision-crm has become easier to use. However, like any CRM, the output depends on the input. Interestingly, as a CRM and Marketing tool, it seems to encourage phishing emails from another domain, as it lacks the ability to create a subdomain for email marketing without losing all functionality and control for that domain. For example, if I own the domain mycompany.com, they want me to create a new similar domain for sending out marketing emails - which feels like phishing to me. It's astonishing that I have to pay for this! Also, I don't anticipate quick support or responses from my account manager unless I consistently follow up. In response to my feedback, the vendor clarified that their solution does allow the use of sub-domains for marketing mailing. They also explained that using dedicated mailing domains is a common practice that protects my primary domain from potential blacklisting and is not related to phishing. They assured me of this.

      I am really impressed with the capabilities of the Gold-Vision CRM system. It appears that it can be configured to do almost anything I need. I want to give a special mention to a certain individual who handled our implementation with great patience. My favorite feature is the ability to customize most of the screens to fit our needs. The most challenging part of transitioning to GoldVision was moving our current call logging process over, as the system seems to be designed more as a CRM, but we managed to get there. We chose Gold-Vision CRM for its superior functionality. We switched to it because we wanted a platform with greater capabilities for both Sales CRM and Customer call logging. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing their happiness that the Gold-Vision screens have been configured to suit our requirements and that they were able to facilitate our call logging process.

However, I'm not utilizing Gold-Vision to its full potential due to integration issues with our Accounts system (Exchequer) and our Email provider (IBM Notes). I chose Gold-Vision CRM because it was one of the two that integrated with Exchequer, although it doesn't fully integrate. Despite this, it was the best among the other CRMs I considered.       Excellent CRM Solution with Top-Notch Customer Service

      I was initially reluctant to switch systems as I'm not very tech-savvy. However, after being introduced to Gold-Vision CRM (GV) and getting accustomed to it, which didn't take long, I found it to be an excellent tool. It's easy to personalize the layout and fields, and the customer support from GV is outstanding. GV offers a lot of functionality, much of which I don't personally require in my current role. However, I can see the immense benefits it will bring to the rest of the teams, our division, and parent company. I can't imagine functioning without it now. The level of detail it provides, from opportunity to project delivery, is impressive and provides all the data I need to track opportunities and projects. It also offers user-friendly reports, customizable layouts/pages/widgets, and various ways to quickly access the data you need. There are some minor workarounds required and some process steps when entering certain data could be improved.
