I consider Fleep a good communication tool for a software team. It's stylish, discreet, and efficient. I like its features like the to-do list, pinned messages, and how attachments are handled. I wish it could display inline videos in chats. Having mainly used Skype with teams, I find this app more enjoyable and nothing else has really annoyed me.

Fleep is a feature-rich web-based chat manager that perfectly fits my team's needs. I'm impressed by the ability to have unlimited participants and three group conversions as free members. Its simplicity and ease of use make Fleep an excellent chat service for teams. We tried using social media chat for productivity, but it was too distracting. Fleep, however, is a solution tailor-made for this situation, helping us discuss and update in real-time. I love the addition of screen sharing and free online video chat for four users. I appreciate the ability to create different teams and chat separately, and the file sharing within chat quickly resolves many issues. The Trello integration and task assignment to users are great features for fast problem-solving. The 10GB of free storage is a huge plus. In my eyes, Fleep is the perfect solution for me and my team. Everything about it is just right.

I find Fleep to be an excellent tool for internal company communication, although it might lack some features needed by larger corporations. I value its simplicity and user-friendliness, and appreciate that it isn't cluttered with unnecessary features. It functions quickly and reliably. However, as a smaller and newer app, Fleep does lack some integrations, but this isn't a major issue as there are usually workarounds. One drawback is the inability to merge teams from different companies into the same chat. However, the vendor responded to my review, explaining that it is possible to include teams from different companies in the same chat by adding a member from the other company's team to the conversation, who can then add their team. They also offered additional assistance if needed.

I really liked the concept of the Fleep app. It was difficult to get everyone on the same messaging platform, especially when they preferred lengthy email threads. Fleep resolved this problem for me, enabling me to communicate with my colleagues in a "messenger" style through email, which simplified our discussions. However, I was disappointed that it didn't support Exchange servers, which stopped me from using it for work. However, the lack of an on-premise option prevents me from using it at my workplace, but I continue to use it for personal, non-work-related chats. There's an odd sound glitch that plays all notification sounds consecutively when a new audio device is connected, which hasn't been resolved for the past 2 years. Occasionally, there are minor issues with notification delivery, possibly due to syncing between devices, but this is very infrequent, perhaps once every three months.
